Through some speculation I have reached the conclusion that the vowbreaker is one of the captured martial masters. (Recall that they were distracting the vampires while we focused on one ship) at least 3 of them were of Carakwaith status. Thoughts?

I was thinking something along those lines as the title the "Vow Breaker" would imply someone breaking a vow of pacifism.

Also- just a thought, but what if he/she/it isn't a Carakwaith? We already suspect that the Shadowlands and the Dark City have at least some sort of agreement (given we didn't have any evidence of Shadowland creatures attacking Dark City and vice versa despite that they were in the same general area), and there might be something in the relationship between the Shadowlands and Sorikonia (mainly the inversion) that could give credence to that name.
Just a thought... not sure how accurate it is.

Nick, just so you know, it was discussed that we cleared out the forces that would have met. We don't know that they wouldn't fight.

True, however until we know of fighting I don't believe it would be unreasonable to assume the Dark City and Shadowlands are in cahoots.

It is generally agreed and somewhat confirmed by the masters that the three captured Sorikonia martial Masters chose to pass on to their deities when Pinicle and the Silver Service killed everyone on the ship (they believed it more wise to die then be used against their homeland).
