A map of what is likely a location deep in the Halhar mountains... At least that's our best guess... Mirror of the Vision Keeper Kesola's Keep (Kesola is likely the real name of the Vision-Keeping Hawk, the hobbit creator goddess from "Olden Gods") Afinilimin (Place of speaking with stars)

In a similar vein, here is a map of an unrelated part of the Halhar Mountains that Lilith drew during one of her scouting expeditions. If anyone has anything to add, I can do that. Sorry about the weird formatting. And Allison, is there any chance of Afinilimin being the Star Dungeon we found earlier?

I don't think so, because Afinilimin was a city... though it could be possible

Here is some research that I have done some time ago on the city:
Afinilimin is supposed to have been a great city. (One of the greatest.) It was where all of the races would gather and collaborate during the first era. It is supposed to be deep in the Halhar mountains, but exploration was very dangerous so no one has found it, yet. If the city is still up there it would reveal a bunch of knowledge on the first era.
Also quoted from "A Brief Summary of Falnorian History and Prehistory" by Loremaster Alaina Woodsbourne: First Bard of the Syenon Bard School, " It has been gathered that, in this time, a city was built that was meant for all the races to mingle and negotiate together in; it was named Afinilimin, or “Place of Meeting with Stars”, at least by the humans of the time. It appears to have been located somewhere within the Halhar Mountains; however, no expeditions to find it to date have been successful, and so any secrets that it may hold of the history to follow remain lost to us."

This is the full map of what we found. Please click on it to see in full view. From Left to Right: Mirror of the Vision Keeper Kesola's Keep (Kesola is likely the real name of the Vision-Keeping Hawk, the hobbit creator goddess from "Olden Gods") Afinilimin (Place of speaking with stars) The Old Road Dragon's Reach To _elein (Arrow pointing downwards.) Star_atcher Mountain (Starpatcher? Starcatcher?) _elan's Rest (Belan's?) Ellflen's Patch

Okay, that makes sense.
But that still doesn't explain somethings. The meeting place (one of each race required) and the stars (weird vision (?) of speaking with stars) seem too similar to discount that they might be related.
We might want to look around there again.
Also is it possible that the farthest right river in my map and the source of the river in yours align?
Maybe I want this to work out too much....

That is true. It is really similar so it could be. I guess we should just check it out again. Though if you look on your map the river and the path are very close together while on the map that we have they are apart. It could be that part of the map, though we are forgetting that the Halhar mountains have another river that forks out, so it could be in a different place entirely.
I would say are best course of action would be to map the whole base of the mountains first. (Like your map but continue it sideways.) And then slowly start moving up from there until we find a spot that connects to the map we have. Also I think that the words with the arrow say: "To Belein," so if we figure out what that is it will probably help us a lot to try to reach Afinilimin.

Still, we should look around a bit. Would it be helpful if I finished it online like I did to mine?

Sure. May you also post the original map, the one that Kim drew and that is in pencil too?

Yes! Here it is: Do you mind taping the pieces together first and posting that?
