Silvian Chronicle - 11/1
This will be kept brief. Today was uneventful. I fought some undead in the tunnels. Zombies, then more zombies, then zombies with some ghouls and gravediggers mixed in. Then I had to go get trained and all that shit so I stepped out for a while, so I’m not sure what happened. Apparently the group fought a Wild Demon. When I got back I was sent out immediately to fight a Wyvern and not get paid shit for it, so that was cool. On my way back to the inn The Necromancer found me and started looking into me. She asked me where I was going, I said The End of the Tunnel, she asked me how I was ever going to come back, and I got annoyed. She then said she knew what I was, so I asked what she thought I was, and she said I’m “one of the nerves.” Some spooky shit. - Silvian

Rulyth Freanitryn, Duath Raune Mandel, 6th day of the 11th moon
This is the first chronicle I’m writing so I’m not sure how long it’s supposed to be. On the night of Halloween, Aria and Oroko did a ritual to talk to some dead spirits of their ancestors. They didn’t let me be a part of it but I took notes, so those will be at the bottom of this. In the morning I went to fight the undead in the tunnels, that was really scary. There were ghouls and zombies and the moose ones. I only fought for a little bit because I didn’t want to get wounded because then Alexis would kill himself trying to save me. Then we went and guarded some prisoners who were in the jail. The prisoners were really mean and creepy. One of them wanted to hurt me. I wanted to kill him. Aria and Oroko and I were supposed to go to Eldspel but I guess we didn’t. I went to the library for some of the day to practice more writing and look at my notes from Halloween (I stayed up till midnight so I don’t remember very well). When I got back I found out that a demon attacked, but I don’t think it killed anyone too bad. I think it came because of me. I don’t want to be a “caller.” Then the next day I saw another demon. It looked like the one in our party but it was different. I decided that I didn’t want any more demons attacking the group so I packed up my bag and I was going to go to Eldspel, the mages there would be able to kill the demons that attacked me. Sena stopped me from leaving. Notes from Halloween: (sorry for doodles, the ritual took a long time and I got bored) Halloween Ritual Notes:
Ritual basics: Each person is summoning their ancestors (four each) trying to summon really old ones Aria is doing it by lighting candles with her brain, Oroko is doing it by brewing tea for them Aria guides fire from the central fire to the candles, Oroko pours tea into the cups laid out for ancestors Aria has mental struggles Tea is served (doodle of hawk) (doodle of staff) curtains parting, line reaching really far back like, very far back literally beyond comprehension hobbit women steps out, fairly young, but age shifts has a thing in hands “i don’t understand, I thought it would just go but it was like a trick. I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I was just just trying to do something happy.” it was supposed to be colorful and it was supposed to be big and exciting and it just fell apart. I didn’t realize it would do that. If I say I’m sorry does that help?” far distance happens again solid dwarf woman steps out, fire flairs up a little “it’s not right. What something happens there are supposed to be consequences. If no one does something by the gods I ill take this into my hands and I will make it happen. I don’t care. Don’t you see? If it’s going toe like this then it’s not going at all. There have to be consequences. Don’t talk to me about fair. This wasn’t fair at all. you saw what happened. I’m not going to let it slide. No no yes I will…. So be it” curtains close. Lot’s of smoke coming off of candles, water boils a bit. Aria: and were there consequences? fire flickers brighter Oroko does something: who were the consequences against? Someone whispers “all of us” Oroko says to Aria: we should close or we invite things we don’t want to. Arias voice “we were the brightness of summer” Orokos voice “And we were the fall” (doodle of fire) Oroko pours out the tea but leaves the leaves, Aria puts out fire with her brain Oroko tries to re-fortify the thingy and goes unconscious Aria looks for signs in the smoke first one is a hammer second is a star third is like it seems like theres a fire through that way through the smoke but it’s not theres no fire fourth the smoke thins Oroko looks for signs in the tea leaves (doodle of tree) (doodle of hearth with steam rising up) had an oracle normally i feel my min dis expanding into the larger stuff this time it felt like you were being condesed and going deeper into myself body mind and spirit were all hyper aware then suddenly the veins and the nerves were roots and I was traveling through roots and up to a tree tree looked like it was in autumn the colors were born and old and red and then it split one section for each season four figures grown out of the bark of the tree female hobbit male dwarf female elf male human they were all within the tree together sap started to ooze from where summer (the dwarf) like a wound the figures disappeared the tree was gone above me were stars, beneath me were mountains travelled down into the roots, there was one seed or maybe four the tree had grown from those seeds the four bodies were underneath and they were the bark people suddenly I hear a ripping noise, woman scream feathers drifting through the air, same shades as the autumn cycle happening, everything was going as planned wasn’t cyclial but traveling up and down felt the scales one one size was fire on the other water water expanded and boiled with the heat of the fire from the heat of the fire go the vision by pouring the tea into one cup and drinking it

Rulyth Freanitryn, Duathe Raune Somewhere between Eldspel and Mandel, 16th day of the 11th moon
We’ve been travelling to Eldspel for a few days now, and I do not like life on the roads. The food is not good, and it is very hard to walk and read at the same time. It’s a shame, because I made sure to get some good books before we left, I even asked to make sure they were interesting! And now they’re just sitting in my bag, and they’re very heavy. Aria is quiet, but she’s normally quiet so that’s good. Today I saw some deer, but they saw me looking and left. I wish Feydrin were there, that way he could’ve gotten the deer to not run away, because he’s an animal tamer. He was taming the dog at the cemetery when we went there. Dogs are gross but it’s cool that he can talk to them. I’ve been reading and writing at night so I haven’t been drawing as much. We also have to get up really early, it’s really bad. I wrote a poem for the Guardian a few nights ago, but she didn’t notice it. I even tried making an altar out of and sacrificing it and she didn’t take it. That made me angry so I broke the altar. It felt good to break it but once it was broken I felt really bad. On the day before we left, I had my Terror Ball in my hand and people were looking at me weird, so now I keep it behind my cloak. I think that that will also help if monsters don’t see it coming and then I can surprise them! I wonder how Sena and Alexis are doing. It’s funny, they don’t spend much time with each other but they spend time with me a lot. They’re also really different from each other. Sena is really curious and talky, but Alexis always asks me what’s wrong and if nothings wrong he just goes back to reading. I like him, and he’s really kind, though. The rest of the group still hates me and I don’t know what to do about that. Maybe some people just hate other people and you can’t change that.

Rulyth Chronicle 3/10/16 (only accessable to party members)
Hi, I don’t know how to do an introduction, but I had some visions recently and I thought maybe they should be recorded somewhere so people can read them.
The first one (during this vision I could see everything the way it truly is) that happened on the mission where we were trying to draw out the undead in the city: There was this big city (the one way down south) but instead of being dead and dreary it was alive and the coliseum was full of life and stuff. But then a wind came through and killed everything. Then I saw our group of adventurers entering the coliseum and there was a knight greeting/ushering us (like we were attendees at a gladiator fight). And we entered and I heard this voice that said “Bow!” and it was sorcery (or maybe Elder Sorcery I don’t remember) and I had to bow, but I kept on bowing too far down and I tumbled down and started falling. So I fell and once I had landed, I was reaching around feeling for the presence that is in the corner of my eye (it had been all day, and persists even now). And i tried grasping for it because now it felt like it was right in front of me, but it was slippery like water, and so I cupped my hands and it slowly dripped into them, and I looked at my reflection in the water and standing behind me was The King. Apparently after this vision was over, my third eye was open, but that went away after that night.
The second one that happened when Sparrow said a name in the inn: The King started dimming the lights and blinding us all, so I tried to do a reverse scry (when you scry on something and it looks back on you; i did that to it) This one was shorter. I saw me walking towards me, and her eyes were all black instead of normal, and she was wearing a black crown instead of a Holly one (my Holly crown also disintegrated)
I think I have some ideas of what the things mean, but I just wanted to post them so other people could know (which is maybe a bad idea if bad people get to know too) but I hope for the best.
I think the portion about the city is related to the whole ‘seasons come and go’ thing that big powerful beings talk about a lot, so maybe the city represents the current season (when it’s summer, it’s full of life and when it’s winter it’s all dead) The idea of the king in the coliseum is weird and I’m not sure if it matters, but the knight welcoming us instead of blocking our entrance probably means that he wants to use us for something (reinforced by the second vision). The idea that he was only seeable when I looked at a reflection (even with true sight) probably has to do with water reflections being true or him just being really good at not getting looked at, or maybe he’s not actually here in the room but he’s just exuding a presence over me of some sort. The second one was probably just him flexing because Sparrow did something stupid, and me abusing that; just because you’re big and powerful, doesn’t mean you can always get away with being sloppy, too. I think it shows that my caller-ness makes me a target for it, maybe for possession or something creepier. The whole ordeal also made Sparrow’s hand get worse, so maybe he shouldn’t say names in the future.
